Our work is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If issues arise due to our workmanship, we will address them promptly at no extra cost.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled at your convenience. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for damages beyond our control, such as system failures unrelated to our work.

Use of Materials

All parts and materials used are of high quality. We do not guarantee the performance of third-party equipment not installed or maintained by us.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers should provide access to work areas and disclose any relevant system information to ensure efficient service.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if clients violate these terms or engage in unsafe conduct.

These terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes will be resolved in local courts in Austin, Texas.
